2. Photography Services

Rashawn Renee Portraits specializes in luxury on-location and in-home photography, including but not limited to:

• Maternity Photography

• Newborn Photography

• Family Portraits

• Children's Milestone Sessions

• Professional Headshots & Branding

• Intimate Events and Celebrations

Services are provided based on availability and confirmed only after booking requirements have been completed.

3. Booking & Retainers

A signed agreement and the required retainer (if applicable) are necessary to reserve your session date.

Session dates are not guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed.

Retainers are applied toward your session fee unless otherwise stated in your booking agreement.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your booking agreement or invoice.

Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process.

Orders for prints, albums, wall art, digital collections, or other products must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible.

Rescheduling requests are subject to photographer availability.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of your retainer or session fee, as outlined in your individual booking agreement.

Weather-related outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at the photographer's discretion for the safety and quality of your portrait experience.

6. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery or another agreed-upon delivery method.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the type of session, season, and workload. Estimated delivery times will be communicated during your booking process.

Only fully edited images selected and delivered by Rashawn Renee Portraits represent the finished artistic work. RAW or unedited image files are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

7. Artistic Style

By hiring Rashawn Renee Portraits, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and appreciate the photographer's artistic style, editing techniques, composition, and creative approach.

Final images are delivered according to the photographer's artistic judgment and professional standards.

Requests for extensive editing beyond the photographer's normal style may incur additional fees.

8. Copyright

All photographs created by Rashawn Renee Portraits remain the intellectual property and copyrighted work of the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing digital images or printed products does not transfer copyright ownership.

Clients may print and share purchased images for personal use unless otherwise restricted in their agreement.

Images may not be altered, heavily edited, filtered, sold, entered into contests, or used commercially without prior written permission.

All content on this website, including photographs, artwork, logos, graphics, written content, branding, and design elements, is owned by Rashawn Renee Portraits and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

• Venue restrictions or third-party delays

Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the affected service.
